Lenny Andrews
Lenny Andrews founded Hawk-Eye Home Inspections in 2002 based on his commitment to and pride in the Beaufort community. Although not a Beaufort native, Lenny has called Beaufort home since 1988 when he was stationed at Parris Island. As a Marine, Lenny refined his ability to give due attention to detail, which now allows him to perform thorough and thoughtful home inspections today. After Lenny left the military, he remained in Beaufort to raise his three children.
Lenny has built his business from basic principles such as integrity, transparency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Lenny prides himself in his first-hand knowledge of the construction industry. Before opening the doors to Hawk-Eye Home Inspections, Lenny acquired ten years of construction experience and served as a foreman on construction crews building homes around the Beaufort area to include Harbor, Fripp, and Hilton Head Islands. During this time, Lenny gained experience with electrical, plumbing, roofing, and framing.
Lenny’s oldest children—Seth and Destinee—are graduates of Beaufort High School. Lenny’s youngest son, Gunnar, is still in primary school in the Beaufort area. Lenny has been a pillar of strength in his family’s lives. Among other things, Lenny has served as a volunteer coach on his kids’ baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, and football teams. Recently, in 2017, Wardle Family YMCA recognized Lenny with the distinction of Coach of the Year.
In his spare time, Lenny spends his time in nature—hunting, fishing, and beaching. Lenny also spends time with his wonderful wife, Lisa. He thanks her for her love, faith in him, and especially for her culinary masterpieces, which he will always happily enjoy.

Brandon Disbrow
Brandon was raised in Beaufort, SC, where he was deeply influenced by the values of hard work and service. His mother, a local elementary school teacher for over 20 years, and his father, a dedicated Marine Corps serviceman for 22 years, instilled in him a strong sense of duty to others and his community.
After high school, Brandon embarked on a two-year missionary journey to São Paulo, Brazil, in his early 20s. There, he learned invaluable life skills like charity, service, dedication, honesty, and responsibility. Upon his return, Brandon married his high school sweetheart, Rachel, and together they raised three children. His greatest joys in life are spending time with his family.
In 2007, Brandon joined the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office as a patrol deputy, and later in 2012 became a detective. Over the course of his time in law enforcement, he worked directly with the community, offering support where it was needed most.
Brandon became a licensed South Carolina home inspector in 2019, and has conducted well over a thousand home inspectors for buyers, sellers, and homeowners in Beaufort and Jasper counties. These homes varied in size, style, and complexity, ranging from smaller condos and rural properties to luxury estates in gated communities.
The call to serve the community never left, and in 2023, Brandon joined the Burton Fire District where he became a career firefighter and EMT. He strives to be of service to those around him everyday, and especially when he is with the citizens he encounters. He focuses on responding to emergencies while on duty, and helping clients make informed decisions on conditions of home while off duty.
Seth Andrews
Since starting Hawk-Eye Home Inspections, Lenny has strived to make the business family-run. Now, Lenny is finally realizing this dream as his oldest son, Seth, has recently returned home to join his father in serving the people of Beaufort. Since Seth was eight years old, he has helped his father in growing Hawk-Eye Home Inspections into the business it is today, and now his vision of working alongside his father has come full circle.
Seth received his bachelor’s in science from the University of Mississippi. Hotty Toddy! From 2016 to 2020, Seth worked as a geophysicist and GIS technician. Seth has served on and supervised multiple projects across the United States and the World from Fort McClellan, Alabama to Iraq and Bangui, Central African Republic. Seth’s time in the geology realm has taught him the importance of being meticulous even in the most demanding of environments.
After traversing the globe, Seth has finally made his way back home to Beaufort. Seth has recently closed on his first home in the Beaufort area. Seth plans to renovate the house into his dream home and raise a family of his own in the hometown he holds so near to heart.
